All bandmembers got the necessary experience in previous bands such as One Clear Moment,
Educational Chaos, Fire Engine Red and Stars Overnight.

Fences
Midnight Menace enters the studio in November 2008 with Nico van Montfort (Antillectual, Tenement Kids and Smash the Statues) to record their debut EP 'Fences'. The 5-track EP gets raving reviews by Aardschok, oor.nl, Spinner, up-magazine, Punx.nl and Asice.net. Besides playing a long list of live shows, Midnight Menace wins several band contests which results in sold out shows with Destine and Ignite.

The Static State
During 2010 a lot of new material gets written, which results in about 15 new tracks.
The poppy-uptempo-punkrock-sound is traded in for a more mature rock sound. The band line-up goes through some changes as well: guitarist Kees leaves the band due to his photography career and gets replaced by Nangko (The Hug, Vera Lynn). Nangko pitches in quite heavily on a vocal level as well which gives the new tracks even more depth and dynamic.

In October 2010 Midnight Menace enters the studio once again with Nico van Montfort to record 7 brand new tracks that will become 'The Static State' EP. The sound of 'The Static State' is energetic, clear and full with a raw edge. Now Midnight Menace is ready to transform the new material into an explosive live set!
